Brewing Suggestions

To bring out its nuanced character, we recommend brewing this coffee using a V60 or pour-over method. Use freshly ground beans and filtered water just off the boil, aiming for a ratio of 1:16. The result is a clean, aromatic cup with a lively citrus finish and a silky mouthfeel.
