Brewing Suggestions

For a rich and balanced cup, we recommend brewing this coffee using a French press or stovetop Moka pot. Use freshly ground beans and water just off the boil in a 1:15 ratio. Expect a creamy, full-bodied cup with a lingering cocoa finish — smooth and satisfying.
